Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 1–3 years hands-on hardware experience.
• Knowledge of SoC platform architectures and BKC ingredients.
• Basic scripting or programming for automation.
• Experience with system-level hardware and firmware environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform platform setup and configuration to support validation readiness.
• Maintain systems to ensure operational availability for engineering use.
• Conduct hardware rework including component replacement and board updates.
• Support BKC deployments and validation readiness across hardware/software.
• Triage platform failures and escalate issues to engineering teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track issues and resolutions.
• Manage lab inventory and hardware assets for efficient utilization.
• Improve platform management processes and maintenance procedures.
• Work with lab equipment to support bring-up and investigation.
