Job summary

RoviSys is seeking an MES Functional Analyst / Technical Project Manager in a hybrid capacity to drive MES implementations from requirements through go-live. You will partner with clients and internal teams to define business needs, architect MES solutions, and oversee timelines, budgets, and resources.

You will coordinate IT, engineering, and production stakeholders, create test cases, and ensure configurations meet production goals.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a developer/engineer or similar role.
• Exposure to manufacturing environments; multi-industry experience is a plus.
• Strong MES knowledge and ability to apply MES to improve efficiency and quality.
• Excellent problem-solving and teamwork; ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile and/or traditional project management; Lean/Six Sigma is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in evaluating business needs and analyze impact of changes.
• Architect and design MES solutions to meet business problems.
• Plan and manage MES project execution – scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
• Develop and maintain MES knowledgebase and training plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage vendor interactions.
• Develop test cases and conduct functional testing.
• Ensure MES configuration aligns with production goals and IT/MES teams.
• Monitor post-implementation MES performance and outcomes.
