Job summary

tms is seeking a Local Market Activities (LMA) Assistant Manager based in Malaysia to manage end-to-end packaging projects for Malaysia and Singapore. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor timelines, and ensure timely delivery of packaging for promotions and new product trials.

Responsibilities

Manage and co-ordinate the supply of newly introduced packaging items into the country and ensure all project timelines are met.
Support product development activities with SEA team in QA, PD, SCO.
Understand customer requirements and meet delivery expectations.
Add value by understanding and anticipating customers’ needs.
Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with Distribution Centers and suppliers.
