Job summary

WPG Holdings is seeking a System / Cloud Administrator to support day‑to‑day IT operations across on‑premises and public cloud platforms. The role focuses on maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting to ensure high availability and performance.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in IT infra, hands-on VMware, and experience with Windows/Linux servers and basic cloud exposure (Azure, AWS, or GCP). Collaborative, cross-border teamwork is valued.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
1–3 years of system administration or IT infra support.
Hands-on virtualization with VMware.
Experience managing Windows and Linux servers.
Basic exposure to Azure, AWS, or GCP.

Responsibilities

Monitor system performance, resources, and logs across on‑premises and cloud to ensure uptime.
Assist in managing virtualized environments, primarily VMware vSphere.
Administer, patch, and support Windows Server and Linux servers.
Assist in administering public cloud infra including access control and provisioning.
Perform routine data backups and assist DR drills for business continuity.
Log and resolve routine issues, escalating complex problems as needed.
Apply security patches and maintain access controls per policy.
Collaborate with HQ and regional IT teams on infrastructure projects.
