Job summary

Dentsu, based in Kuala Lumpur, seeks an HR Advisor to partner with HRBPs across employee relations, learning and development, talent management, rewards and recruitment. You will manage HRDC training fund administration, support expat-related matters, and act as the Workday champion, driving data accuracy and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR generalist, HR operations, or business partnering roles.
• Proven experience using Workday in managing data, generating insights, and supporting process improvements.
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills, with the ability to partner effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Organized, analytical, and proactive — able to work independently while driving efficiency and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR Business Partners and line managers to provide day-to-day advisory support and ensure consistent application of HR policies.
• Manage HRDC training fund administration and ensure trainings are submitted in a timely manner.
• Support expat management and immigration-related matters with relevant authorities.
• Act as the Workday champion and drive system adoption, data accuracy, and process efficiency across HR activities.
• Support employee relations and managerial capability to build people management skills and a positive work environment.
• Maintain data integrity and reporting in Workday and provide analytics to inform decisions by HRBPs and leadership.
• Drive HR initiatives and change management in collaboration with HRBPs.
• Oversee daily HR processes including performance management, career development, employee engagement, and workforce initiatives.
