Job summary

Lam Research is looking for a Supplier Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer in Selangor, Malaysia to ensure that supplier manufacturing processes meet high quality standards. You will implement quality assurance programs and work closely with suppliers to resolve quality issues through data analysis.

The ideal candidate should have over 8 years of experience in managing technical programs within the semiconductor industry and possess a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Materials Science.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in managing technical programs, preferably in the Semiconductor Industry.
• Experience managing Suppliers for Machining (CNC) and Plastic tube bending & welding.
• Extensive experience in Machine qualification and health monitoring techniques.

Responsibilities

• Perform supplier development and project management functions for key initiatives.
• Develop Suppliers to meet Lam quality standards.
• Influence decisions within cross-functional teams to achieve company goals.
