Job summary

Lam Research in Penang, Malaysia, seeks a Manager of the factory quality program to align the customer, field, and factory resources. You will be the cross-functional SME, guiding quality processes end-to-end and driving improvements in performance and reliability.

You’ll partner with product management to validate business requirements and ensure programs are effectively executed, with strong data analysis and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 4-6 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of program management methodologies, tools, and systems.
• Strong supplier management and methodologies to drive quality improvement.
• In-depth data analysis to visualize and resolve complex business processes.
• Excellent performance in a highly matrixed environment with competing priorities.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Leading cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Qlik, SAP.
