Job summary

Euroclear in Kuala Lumpur seeks a proactive Investment Funds Client Services professional to deliver premium service to clients, coordinated with operations and commercial teams. The role includes access to internal training on funds, operations, and an option to pursue external courses to become a certified funds professional.

You will engage with clients across multiple channels, resolving questions and issues while identifying opportunities to improve services and reporting features.

Role Overview

As part of the Investment Funds Client Service team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders such as operations, commercial, and others to deliver a premium service to our clients. We offer an in‑depth internal training program covering the funds market and the various operational streams such as new issues, account opening, and orders. In addition, you can pursue an external training course to become a certified funds professional after completing the program.
