Qualifications

• Proven experience in compliance management and regulatory compliance in financial services, fintech, crypto, or OTC trading environments.
• Strong analytical skills for risk assessment, data review, and process improvement.
• Clear, professional communication for cross-functional and external stakeholders.
• Operations management experience to design, maintain, and improve compliant workflows.
