Job summary

Soft Space is seeking a Project Manager to oversee global fintech projects, ensure timely delivery, manage budgets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business goals and regulatory compliance.

You will build strong client relationships in the payments space, stay ahead of industry technology trends, coordinate with IT and support teams, and drive project delivery from planning through closure within defined scope and cost targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a business analyst role.
• Ability to think strategically and creatively, and communicate effectively in a fast moving, rapidly growing environment.
• Strong team player with excellent collaboration and relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with clients in the payment industry to understand business strategies and set proper expectations.
• Maintain proactive awareness of payment industry technology systems and environment, including application support and infrastructure.
• Oversee technology projects, manage budgets, and coordinate with partners for procurement and implementation to ensure timely completion.
• Accountability for overall project delivery, ensuring scope, timing, and cost goals are met.
• Work closely with IT and support teams to maintain project stability.
