RIWEI MAKRETING seeks an motivated E-commerce Executive to grow our online presence on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and more. You will manage product listings, assist digital marketing, analyze performance data, and engage with customers across platforms.

The role requires comfort with Canva/CapCut for basic content and collaboration with logistics, warehouse, and sales teams. Hybrid work supported with WFH Wednesdays and Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing product listings on multiple e-commerce platforms.
• Ability to create simple promotional content and brief design teams.
• Familiarity with online consumer behavior and basic SEO concepts.

Responsibilities

• Create, optimize, and maintain product listings across platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Instagram Shop).
• Ensure accurate product info (titles, descriptions, specs, prices) and SEO-friendly content.
• Monitor stock levels and pricing in real time and coordinate with logistics.
• Produce basic promotional content (banners, photos, short videos) using Canva/CapCut and brief designers.
• Process orders, returns, and replacements; liaise with logistics and sales teams.
• Track performance metrics, campaigns, and promotional ROI; prepare reports.
• Support data entry, reports, and presentations using Microsoft 365/Google Docs/Sheets.
• Assist with backend platform tasks (order tracking, inventory sync, voucher settings).
