Job summary

Publicis Groupe seeks an E‑commerce Executive to manage online store campaigns, upload products with complete descriptions, and coordinate with stakeholders for content and promotions. You will monitor performance via web analytics, adjust strategies, and ensure stock fulfilment, while collaborating with marketplace partners to drive sales growth.

The role requires 1–2 years in eCommerce, strong English communication, and a detail‑oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Degree in marketing management, business, IT or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of proven experience working in an eCommerce role.
• Knowledgeable about consumer preference related to e-Commerce.
• Strong configuring, problem solving, market research, data analytic and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and strong desire to succeed.
• Good English verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up campaigns on online stores with accurate data for reports and keep up with trends.
• Upload new and existing products with complete descriptions; monitor inventory levels.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver effective content and promotions.
• Coordinate with marketplace representatives on promotions and campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance with web analytics and adjust as needed.
• Execute promotional plans across websites and ensure timely live activation.
• Ensure stock fulfilment meets customer expectations.
• Analyze sales data to forecast future sales and stock needs.
• Plan around key events and manage budgets according to sales trends.
• Build strong relationships with key account management teams and drive monthly top‑ups.
