Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers CBJ1 Sdn. Bhd. seeks a Solutions Engineer to partner with Sales and Product as the data center subject‑matter expert, owning technical requirements and developing solutions to win deals.

This customer‑facing role designs, proposes, and supports colocation solutions for enterprise, mid‑market, and carrier customers. Responsibilities include presenting solutions, generating quotes, and leading tours of NTT GDC facilities.

Qualifications

• Must be a data center subject-matter expert with strong technical requirements ownership.
• Experience in designing producible colocation solutions.
• Proven ability to lead technical discussions and workshops with clients.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical resource for Retail and Enterprise sales opportunities.
• Design producible and standardized colocation solutions.
• Lead technical discussions, workshops, and site tours.
• Support RFP/RFI responses, quotes, proposals and solution documentation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations, and Delivery teams.
