Job summary

Kimberly-Clark Corporation is seeking an Accounting Analyst II for General Accounting in Kuala Lumpur on a 12-month contract. The role involves financial reporting, SAP-based processes, and collaboration with local finance teams.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of accounting experience, knowledge of US and local requirements, and strong communication in English. Flexible work model blends remote work with in-person collaboration.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or professional qualifications such as CPA, MIA, ACCA, CIMA or its equivalent with at least 5–7 years financial accounting exposure in Corporate Business.
• Strong knowledge of US and local accounting requirements and financial reporting.
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office with ability to generate management reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Corporate Accounting team in the preparation, review and analysis of consolidated financial and management reporting.
• Comply with US and local accounting standards in the preparation of financial and management reports.
• Maintain SAP bank clearing and reconciliation processes, journal entries, and service invoicing to affiliates.
• Ensure monthly financial statements are accurate through detailed reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Collaborate with internal clients to meet business objectives and strengthen internal controls.
