Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• Minimum 3–5 years' experience within an advertising agency or related industry.
• Strong presentation and relationship-building with clients.
• Knowledge of agency functions from strategy to production.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as key account representative for agency and client.
• Manage day-to-day service delivery to ensure deliverables are met.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with Account Director on marketing initiatives.
• Monitor effectiveness and respond to competitive activities.
• Coordinate with Creative team to align work with strategy.
• Inform senior management on account activity and development.
• Manage budget and profitability, including monthly reconciliations.
• Other duties as required.
