Job summary

Publicis Groupe Holdings B.V. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Junior Account Manager to organize day-to-day account administration and act as the main contact between the account team and internal departments.

You will work closely with creative, planning and finance teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of campaigns. Role requires 3+ years in advertising, strong communication, data handling and relationship-building skills, and a proactive approach to market trends and client

Qualifications

• 3+ years in advertising industry is required.
• Detail-oriented with extensive product knowledge.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collect, track and analyze large amounts of data.
• Excellent active listening skills.
• Ability to build rapport and collaborate with internal and external teams.
• Understanding of consumer behaviours and industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for estimate/invoice control and queries in liaison with Finance and Production.
• Assist Account Director to formulate and implement effective advertising and marketing plans for clients.
• Ensure superior quality service and experiential marketing ideas are delivered to clients, and implemented on time.
• Lead preparation of materials for client meetings and regular reports.
• Ensure accurate completion and authorization of initiating and supporting documentation.
• Keep team informed of competitive advertising and press coverage relevant to brands.
