VML in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Account Executive to provide day-to-day support to assigned clients, delivering quality materials on time and on budget while collaborating across teams.

This role requires strong communication, excellent organization, and the ability to work under pressure. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement, with four days in the office and opportunities for growth within a global creative network.

Qualifications

• Diploma minimum required.
• 1 year agency experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of marketing practices.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office including PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Accountability for day-to-day execution and budget management of assigned accounts.
• Attend and facilitate status meetings and client calls.
• Support marketing planning and execution of campaigns.
• Monitor client and agency budgets, including campaign costs.
• Act as liaison between departments and clients to ensure timely project completion.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
