Job summary

ALLIANCE BUSINESS CONSULTANCY SDN BHD is seeking a data analyst to monitor metrics, perform data analysis, and deliver actionable insights. The role involves building BI dashboards and automated reports using Power BI, Tableau, FineBI, or Quick BI.

You will support various reporting Cadences and collaborate with finance, technology, and business teams to meet requirements and provide data support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Proficient in Excel, including PivotTables and formulas.
• Familiar with at least one BI/data visualization tool, such as Power BI, Tableau, or FineBI.
• Familiar with SQL or Python.
• Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Monitor key business and system metrics and identify anomalies or trends.
• Conduct data analysis and root cause analysis, providing actionable insights.
• Build and maintain BI dashboards and automated reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, FineBI, or Quick BI.
• Support daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reporting and analysis.
• Work closely with business, finance, technology, and other teams to understand requirements and provide data support.
