• Strategic Process Ownership: Take full ownership of AP processes, documentation, and policies.
• Project Leadership: Lead strategic projects from inception to completion across regions.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to improve AP efficiency.
• Collaborative Support: Mentor colleagues to enhance AP skills and drive collaboration.
• KPI Management and Benchmarking: Develop and review KPIs, drive continuous improvement.
• Leadership and Team Development: Mentor a mid-sized AP team with clear communication and performance management.
• Flexibility: Perform other duties as assigned and adapt to changing priorities.
