Job summary

7-Eleven Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a maintenance technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance across multiple retail sites in Malaysia. You will ensure PM/CM work is completed on schedule, documented in CMMS, and signed off by store staff.

The role requires 3–5 years' experience, willingness to travel within the managed area, and a valid GDL license sponsored by the company. Experience with air-conditioning/refrigeration and owning a motorcycle are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a maintenance technician
• Willingness to travel within the managed area
• Own motorcycle
• Experience in retail with multiple sites
• Experience with refrigeration/air-conditioning systems
• Valid GDL license (sponsored by company)

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and ensure timely completion
• Complete corrective maintenance (CM) within SLA
• Update PM/CM in CMMS with required documentation
• Escalate issues to BMC when timely completion is at risk
• Manage spare parts and overtime within budget
• Conduct site condition assessments and support ad-hoc projects
