Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is hiring a Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Technician for on-site work in Bayan Lepas, Penang. The role focuses on maintaining HVAC systems, pumps, and exhaust equipment, performing preventive maintenance and rapid corrective actions in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will have 2–5 years of hands-on mechanical maintenance experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to read technical manuals and drawings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years hands-on mechanical maintenance experience.
• Experience with HVAC, pumps and exhaust systems.
• Ability to read technical manuals and mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain HVAC systems including chillers and AHUs.
• Perform scheduled PM on HVAC, pumps and exhaust systems.
• Troubleshoot faults and perform CM to restore operation quickly.
• Maintain PM logs and assist in spare parts inventory.
• Adhere to EHS policies and safety procedures.
