Responsibilities and Work Assignments

Responsibility 1: Quality Assurance and Monitoring
The HVAC System Quality Engineer must ensure installation quality complies with relevant standards and specifications. They are required to conduct comprehensive quality inspections of the system, including materials, equipment, and installation workmanship, to ensure stable, safe, and reliable system performance.

Responsibility 2: Development and Execution of Quality Control Processes
The HVAC System Quality Engineer must develop and implement quality control processes to ensure the installation process meets quality requirements. They must supervise quality control during construction to ensure every stage complies with standards.

Responsibility 3: Preparation and Management of Quality Control Documentation
The Quality Engineer must prepare and manage documentation related to HVAC system quality control, including quality inspection records, fault handling reports, and performance test reports. These documents serve as important references for construction maintenance, improvement, and troubleshooting.

Responsibility 4: Collaboration with Other Teams
The HVAC System Quality Engineer must work closely with other team members (e.g., designers, construction personnel, maintenance personnel) to jointly ensure the quality and performance of HVAC systems. They must communicate design requirements with designers, coordinate construction progress with construction personnel, and resolve system issues together with maintenance personnel.

Appointment Qualifications

Educational Level: College diploma or above

Profession: College diploma or above in engineering disciplines, or engineering professional registration certificate

Work Experience: 5+ years of engineering quality management experience

Knowledge/Skills: Proficient in Office software (PPT); familiar with ISO 9001 quality system and the 50430 Engineering Construction Quality Management System; well-versed in relevant laws and regulations and mandatory standards for M&E engineering construction.
