The role ensures on-time delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality outcomes, while maintaining client relationships and safety standards. The ideal candidate has a mechanical engineering or HVAC background with 3+ years in project management, strong leadership, and proficient use of MS Project and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of proven project management experience within the mechanical engineering or HVAC system.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute HVAC projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Develop comprehensive project schedules, resource plans, and cost estimates in collaboration with production teams.
• Manage project scope, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays and cost overruns.
• Lead and supervise cross-functional teams, including procurement, technicians, and external contractors, to ensure effective project delivery.
• Conduct regular progress reviews and status meetings with management, providing clear communication on project performance.
• Monitor project expenditures and manage budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and financial accountability.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies throughout all project phases.
• Document project outcomes, lessons learned, and best practices to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Liaise with clients to understand requirements, address concerns, and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Coordinate procurement of materials, equipment, and services required for project completion.
