Evergrand Electronic Scientific Technology Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia is seeking an HVAC Engineer to design and support HVAC systems for semiconductor, cleanroom, and industrial facility projects.

You will develop concept designs, prepare detailed drawings, select equipment and coordinate installation and commissioning. The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor in Mechanical or Building Services HVAC, relevant design experience, proficiency in AutoCAD, and the ability to work with project and site

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services or HVAC related field.
• Experience in HVAC design for semiconductor, cleanroom, new energy or industrial facilities preferred.
• Proficient with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of HVAC design codes, standards and technical requirements.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Develop HVAC concept designs and detailed construction drawings based on client needs.
• Design heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, smoke control and smoke extraction systems.
• Participate in drawing reviews and design briefings for project teams.
• Select equipment and prepare material schedules and technical specs.
• Review drawings for accuracy and coordination with other disciplines.
• Support the commercial team with design development, clarifications and cost analysis.
• Provide technical support during construction, testing, commissioning and handover.
• Resolve site technical issues and coordinate design changes with stakeholders.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, standards and project requirements.
