Qualifications

• Must have knowledge and/or at least 5 years' experience in the ACMV/HVAC industries or working knowledge of commercial water-cooled chillers, condensers, cooling towers, VRV/VRF, or water pumps in buildings
• Preferably with an Engineering Degree in Mechanical or Electronics/Electrical
• Interest to develop career in engineering and technology
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task and stay focused, good sense of urgency, able to work independently and drive to succeed
• Skilful in 2D or 3D Autocad
• Confidence in product presentations in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
• Possess driving license is advantageous
• Focus on central region; target M&E contractors, M&E consultants and direct owners

Responsibilities

• Organize and conduct presentations about company products and services
• Sales and marketing of company products and services
• Initiate new sales opportunities and identify customer needs
• Follow up with customers on product performance and on-time deliveries
• Provide selections and quotations to consultants/customers/contractors
• Achieve sales targets and maintain/expand customer base
• Develop business through overseas and domestic channels (Whole Malaysia)
• Provide after-sales support and coordinate with internal departments
