Job summary

Procter & Gamble is seeking an HR intern to develop people and partner strategically within our HR organization. You will work on meaningful projects across engagement, benefits, compensation, recruitment, and development, with real business impact.

You will be part of a supportive team, receive coaching, and contribute from Day 1 in a dynamic, inclusive environment that values learning and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree; HR or Psychology is highly preferred.
• Graduating before December 2028.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to set priorities and meet commitments.
• Comfortable working in a multicultural environment and learning on the job.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to persuade, influence, and adapt communication style.

Do you have a passion for developing people to be at their best? Are you keen to be a strategic business partner? If so, then a role in the Human Resources (HR) organization is for you!

As an intern in HR, you will be responsible for leading organizations through assessment, design, transition, work process improvements or working directly with a function. This is not your typical HR role – you are empowered with truly meaningful projects to work on!

In this role, you will be working on an exciting project that will give you a deep understanding in areas such as employee engagement, benefits and compensation, employee and labor relations, recruiting, training and development etc. All our HR roles provide the chance to define your skills, apply them in a professional setting, and have a direct impact on business results.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Lead projects that is linked to your functional, organizational unit, or site strategic objectives.


• Deliver the expected output of these projects by the end of your internship period (e.g. a report, an analysis, a presentation, a toolkit, an event etc.), and systematically attain the required resources to complete them.


• Implement any required research, information-gathering, logistics through the appropriate channels.

Job Qualifications
