Job summary

Sunsuria Berhad, based in Malaysia, seeks a proactive HR Operations professional to help coordinate interviews, onboarding, and HR documentation across the organization. The role supports daily HR activities and drives employee engagement initiatives within a dynamic property development group.

You will assist in HR projects, maintain compliance records, and help plan training and development programs while contributing to a positive employee experience across Sunsuria Berhad's diverse portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview arrangements with candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct reference checks for shortlisted candidates.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
• Provide administrative support for daily HR operations and activities.
• Manage and maintain HR documentation, including policies, invoices, contracts, personnel files (P-Files), and other compliance-related documents.
• Support the HR team in HR projects and other ad-hoc tasks as required.
• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of CSR initiatives and employee engagement activities.
• Support the coordination and arrangement of training and development programs.
• Assist in other internal HR activities and events aimed at enhancing employee experience and engagement.
