Job summary

Ikano Bank AB is seeking a seasoned HR professional to join the management team. You will provide subject matter expertise in HR operations, support recruitment, onboarding, off-boarding, and maintain HRIS records for co-workers.

You will coordinate Learning & Development activities, prepare monthly HR reports, support employee welfare and engagement, and assist managers with performance evaluations, succession planning, and internal communications.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of HR experience including recruitment, training & development, compensation & benefits
• Knowledge of local laws governing HR and workplace
• Strong networking, communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of employer branding and social media recruiting campaigns
• Project management experience in a diverse environment
• Can-do attitude with good problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work weekends, shift hours and public holidays

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment process including posting of job advertisements, resume screening and interview scheduling
• Coordinate onboarding programmes with managers and prepare welcome packs
• Handle off-boarding and exit interviews appropriately
• Maintain HRIS and employee files (P-files)
• Assist Learning & Development activities and training programs
• Prepare and submit HR-related monthly reports (KPIs, turnover, sickness hours)
• Support employee welfare, engagement, ER activities and internal meetings
• Assist managers in performance evaluations and development processes
• Participate in succession planning and talent development
• Support internal communications for co-workers

About the job

Be a strong contributor to the management team and co-workers, provide HR subject matter expertise, process HR operations matters and ensure that the HR strategies are put into practice in the most effective as well as efficient way in order to fulfil the purpose of HR functions.

Your assignment

• Support recruitment process including posting of job advertisement, screening resume and scheduling interviews.
• Support and coordinate on-boarding programme for new recruits with managers by preparing welcome pack and organize on-boarding sessions for new hires.
• Ensure off-boarding and exit interview process appropriately handled.
• Maintain an accurate HRIS and co-workers’ P-file updates.
• Contribute actively in supporting and coordinating Learning and Development activities (Inhouse and Public Training).
• Prepare and submit HR related monthly reports (Compile Recruitment KPI and turnover report, Copier Machine Report, Sickness Hour Report).
• Support and coordinate co-worker’s welfare, engagement programme, employee relation activities and meeting.
• Support Managers in managing co-worker disciplinary matters and ensuring a healthier as well as high performing workplace.
• Improve and contribute to our employer branding by developing creative posting strategies for HR digital platforms that focuses on our culture and values.
• Point of contact for all Office Management and Administrative matters to keep office as a conducive and great place to work.
• Lead and responsible for the Learning and Development activities in the Store to develop highly performing, knowledgeable co-workers. Ensure learning records and mandatory training compliance are maintained.
• Contribute to succession planning, talent development and leadership capability building.
• Support managers in Performance Evaluation and Development processes.
• Support in handling internal communication for co-workers.
• Any other assignments as and when required from time-to-time.

Qualifications

• You have at least 4 to 5 years of experience in HR function, especially recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefit.
• Well versed in all local laws governing the Human Resource and workplace.
• Good in networking and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of employer branding, creative and able to establish and manage social media and web-based recruiting campaigns in promoting the company as an employer of choice to prospective hires.
• Project management experience and high comfort level working in a diverse environment.
• Always practice can do attitude and good problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work on the weekend, shift hours, and public holidays.
