Synergy Dining Group is seeking a proactive and people-oriented Human Resources Executive to join our dynamic and growing team. In this role, you will support the full spectrum of HR generalist responsibilities including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, performance management, and general HR administration. This is a full‑time position based in Bandar Sunway, Selangor.

Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process, from sourcing to onboarding—including job postings, candidate screening, interview arrangements, background checks, and offer acceptance.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Build talent pipelines through social media and engage with external audiences across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu, etc.
Liaise with colleges, universities, and training institutions to support recruitment, internships, and talent development initiatives.
Manage recruitment, permit applications, renewals, and accommodations for foreign workers.
Handle full‑cycle monthly payroll processing for assigned outlet employees, including payslip preparation, bank file submission, and statutory contributions. Resolve payroll discrepancies as needed.
Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, grievances, disciplinary issues, providing timely support and guidance.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR documentation, including personal files, leave records, time attendance, insurance, and other related forms.
Prepare and submit HR reports as required by management.
Assist in the development, communication, and implementation of HR policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Support the implementation and continuous improvement of HR systems and digital tools.
Coordinate outlet requirements such as Typhoid vaccinations and Food Handler certifications.
Organize employee training and development programs, including HRDC grant and claim submissions, and maintain updated training records.
Assist in disciplinary processes, grievance handling, and performance improvement plans.
Organize and participate in employee engagement activities such as team‑building events, monthly gatherings, and the annual dinner.
Handle any ad‑hoc HR or administrative tasks assigned by the superior or management to ensure the smooth operation of HR functions and office environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of HR and administrative experience, preferably in the F&B or retail industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin‑speaking stakeholders).
Good knowledge of Malaysian employment law and local HR practices.

Proactive, resourceful, and able to work effectively in fast‑paced environments.
Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.

High level of confidentiality and ethical standards.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Familiarity with Infotech software is an added advantage.
