Position Summary
We are seeking an organized and people-oriented Human Resources Assistant to support the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, HR compliance, payroll administration, training, performance management, and employee engagement. The successful candidate will ensure HR processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR documentation requirements.
Manage employment contracts, contract stamping, onboarding documents, and statutory registrations.
Assist in handling disciplinary matters, including show cause letters, warning letters, and domestic inquiries.
Support performance management processes, including KPI implementation and performance evaluations.
Process Independent Contract Service Fee payments accurately and on time.
Monitor employee medical claims in accordance with company policy.
Coordinate recruitment activities, interviews, background checks, and onboarding programs.
Support employer branding initiatives to attract and retain quality talent.
Organize employee engagement activities and promote the company's mission, vision, and core values.
Coordinate training programs, orientation sessions, and maintain training records.
Maintain accurate, confidential, and audit-ready employee records and HR documentation.
Prepare HR reports and provide administrative support to management as required.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources or a related role.
Knowledge of the Employment Act 1955 and Malaysian labour regulations.
Familiarity with payroll administration, recruitment, and employee relations.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Good organizational skills with the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR management systems.
Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

RM2300 –RM3,000 (negotiable based on experience), inclusive of monthly and quarterly performance incentives.
