Job summary

Capital Dynamics Asset Management Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Human Capital Manager to shape and implement group HR policies, partnering with the CEO to elevate the HCM function.

You will lead talent acquisition, organisational development, corporate culture and employee relations, and international mobility, driving a high-performance HCM function amid growth. An entrepreneurial, start-up culture with a flat structure is embraced.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Psychology, Law or Business Administration.
• Minimum 5 years’ human capital management experience with 2 years at managerial level.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Able to work in a matrix reporting environment.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Maintain high level of confidentiality and integrity.

The Human Capital Manager will play a pivotal part in formulating and implementing the group's human capital policies and procedures. Working closely with the CEO in order to enhance the Human Capital function, your main focus will be on:

• Talent acquisition: Building the organisation
• Organisational Development: from talent development to management
• Corporate Culture and Employee Relations
• International Mobility

You should have an entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of drive, creativity and passion to be part of an ambitious growing business.

Requirements:

• At least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or Psychology or Law or Business Administration.
• A minimum of 5 years’ human capital management experience with 2 years at a managerial level.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• A flexible team player with the ability to work in a matrix reporting environment is essential.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Possess strong leadership attributes and can drive change, establish and maintain collaborative partnerships.
• This position demands high level of confidentiality, interpersonal skills and integrity.
