Job summary

Capital Dynamics Asset Management Sdn Bhd is seeking a capable professional to support senior management in daily operations, regulatory matters, HR, client relations and fund administration. The role requires handling a small team, travel, and a proactive approach to process improvements.

The ideal candidate holds a strong degree in Law, Accounting, IT/CS or Business Administration with 4–5 years of relevant experience and can thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy setting.

Qualifications

• Has 4–5 years of relevant working experience with a strong degree in Law, Accounting, IT/Computer Science or Business Administration.
• Experience in managing a small office or a small team is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior management in day-to-day operations and business affairs.
• Contribute to legal and regulatory matters, HR, customer relationship management and fund administration.

As a key member of a growing global fund management group, you will assist senior management in all areas of the company's management and operations which include matters relating to day-to-day operations, legal and regulatory areas, human resources, customer relationship management, fund administration, the planning and implementing of process improvements, etc.

Requirements:

• Have at least 4 to 5 years of relevant working experience with a strong degree in Law, Accounting, IT/Computer Science or Business Administration. Experience in managing a small office or a small team would be advantageous.
• As you will be required to handle people of various levels, you should have a pleasant personality. The learning curve is steep and the job demands unwavering commitment, a high level of energy, resourcefulness and integrity.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Travelling is required.
