Job summary

Capital Dynamics Asset Management Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Compliance Officer to bolster regulatory standing in Kuala Lumpur. You will build and oversee a robust compliance program, ensure regulator filings are accurate, and advise on remedial actions as required.

The role requires 3+ years in financial services, SC examination modules, and strong English communication. You will train staff and coordinate with external consultants to sustain our startup-style environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Law or Accounting qualifications or relevant professional qualifications.
• Experience in compliance, internal or external audit.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in the financial services industry.
• Must be registered with the Malaysian Securities Commission (SC) after completing the relevant examination modules.
• Very proficient in both spoken and written English.

• Establishing and managing the company's compliance needs.
• Developing a compliance framework and monitoring program with reporting, investigations and remedial action recommendations.
• Coordinating compliance efforts including staff training and liaison with external consultants and authorities.

Requirements:

• At least a Bachelor's Degree in Law or Accountancy qualifications or the relevant professional qualifications.
• Experience in compliance, internal or external audit would be required.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in the financial services industry.
• Able to work independently, be extremely well organised, meticulous and detail oriented.
• You would be required to be registered with the Malaysian Securities Commission (“SC”) upon completing the relevant SC examination modules.
• Very proficient in both spoken and written English.
