Enfrasys Group is seeking an HSSE professional to support the establishment and handover of the company’s HSSE framework. You will convert policies into practical processes, act as internal HSSE focal point during implementation, and sustain day-to-day operations with ongoing compliance and improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health, Engineering or related field.
• Certification such as Safety Officer or Site Safety Supervisor is advantageous.
• ISO 45001 or ISO 14001 internal auditor training is advantageous.
• Minimum of 4 years HSSE experience in telecom, ICT, construction, or similar project environments.

Responsabilités

• Translate approved HSSE policies into practical workflows, templates and controls.
• Coordinate implementation against establishment plan and maintain visibility.
• Lead inductions, toolbox talks and safety campaigns.
• Coordinate pre-work readiness reviews, permits and competency evidence.
• Assist incident reporting, investigations and corrective actions.
• Maintain knowledge-transfer and handover registers and ongoing compliance activities.
• Prepare dashboards and recommendations for management.
