Job summary

Kerisik Resources Sdn. Bhd. is seeking candidates for the PROTÉGÉ Programme as an HSE Trainee. You will assist in implementing and monitoring Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) practices at project sites, and help maintain HSE documentation and records.

The role offers exposure to site safety inspections, monitoring, and reporting, with emphasis on compliance to HSE requirements and regulations. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and develop in a construction/project environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental, Health & Safety or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to learn and work in a construction/project environment.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and monitoring HSE practices at project/site.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining HSE-related documentation and records.
• Support site safety inspections, monitoring and reporting.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with company HSE requirements and applicable regulations.
• Perform other HSE-related duties as assigned.
