Job summary

Private Advertiser seeks a motivated PROTÉGÉ Trainee to join the Construction and Engineering team in Kerteh, Terengganu. The programme offers fresh graduates practical experience and skill development in construction and engineering.

The role involves assisting engineers, supporting site supervision, and coordinating with stakeholders. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and will be based in Kerteh with an all-inclusive 1-year duration and RM2,000 per month allowance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Willing to learn and work in a construction/site environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers and project team in daily construction and project activities.
• Support site supervision, monitoring and coordination of construction works.
• Assist in preparing project documentation, reports and technical records.
• Monitor work progress and ensure works are carried out according to project requirements.
• Assist in coordinating with contractors, consultants and other project stakeholders.
• Gain hands-on exposure to construction management and site operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the project team.
