SYNERLITZ is hiring a Protege (Fresh Graduate) to join our team in Taman Melawati, Selangor. This contract-based program offers exposure across HR, accounting, procurement, and finance functions, with hands-on training in project administration and operations.

You will support planning, documentation, and stakeholder coordination while developing professional skills in a collaborative, growth‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Recent graduates or individuals with 0-2 years of work experience.
• Available to start in September / October.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with planning, coordination, and execution of projects (construction sector).
• Participating in site inspections and monitoring project progress.
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Conducting research and analysis to support decision-making processes.
• Developing project documentation, including reports, budgets, and schedules.
• Collaborating with the construction management team to identify and implement process improvements.
