Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health Safety and Environment or related disciplines.
2–3 years of proven working experience in HSE functions in large-scale manufacturing/warehousing.
ISO, HSE or OHSAS certifications desirable; Greenbook holder preferred.
Ability to manage complex issues, solution-oriented, and cross-functional teamwork.
Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Develop, update, and control HSE Management System documentation (policies, SOPs, work instructions) aligned with ISO 45001/ISO 14001.
Monitor changes in local and international environmental, health and safety laws for compliance.
Plan and execute internal HSE audits and supplier checks; conduct readiness assessments.
Track non-conformities, implement timely corrective actions and maintain logs for waste, emissions, and safety data.
Coordinate training and reporting with internal teams and regulators to promote safety awareness.
