Job summary

UNKNOWN is seeking a Health, Safety and Environment professional with a minimum 7 years of HSE experience in the Power Plant industry. The role requires an accredited Safety and Health Officer Course and a degree in HSE, Engineering, or Science.

The candidate will lead POLICY/PROCEDURE deployment during project execution, develop HSE systems, and drive risk-based culture, ensuring contractor HSES alignment and annual assurance planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years HSE working experience in Power Plant Industry.
• Attended Safety and Health Officer Course.

Responsibilities

• Policies, procedures, guidelines and instruction to clients during project execution to close-out phase through deployment of expert resources as well as application of COMPANY best practices.
• Develop and implement project specific HSE systems and requirements in collaboration and integration within Projects to maximize COMPANY capital project value creation.
• Implement and monitor a common and consistent risk based HSES culture throughout the project.
• Develop and monitor an integrated approach in HSES risk management across project phases and ensure implementation of mitigations by the contractor.
• Reviewing contractor HSES documentation as required (Policies, Procedures, etc.) and perform Gap Analysis when required.
• Develop Annual Assurance Master Plan (AAM) and conduct first line assurance - functional. Monitor for effectiveness and assist in implementation of Project HSES Management Plan.

Degree in Health, Safety and Environment / Engineering / Science
