Job summary

TALENTEC Sdn Bhd is hiring a Customer Support Specialist to help HRMS customers get the most value from their HR technology. You will handle post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and drive timely resolutions while delivering excellent service.

You'll communicate with Mandarin-, English-, and Bahasa Malaysia-speaking customers, manage multiple tickets, and collaborate with consultants and internal teams to enhance the system and prevent recurrence of issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of HRMS/HCM system support experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-implementation support for HRMS customers.
• Handle customer enquiries and support tickets through the helpdesk system.
• Troubleshoot issues and identify root causes.
• Manage tickets according to SLA, priority and resolution timelines.
• Follow up with customers to ensure resolution from start to finish.
• Coordinate with consultants, project teams and internal teams on complex issues or change requests.
• Gather customer feedback and identify recurring issues or opportunities for system enhancement.
