Job summary

Plexus Manufacturing Sdn Bhd in Penang is seeking an Internal Training Specialist to develop and deliver foundational technical and non-technical training for Plexus manufacturing practices, and to conduct new hire orientation.

You will continuously update training materials, mentor internal trainers, and coordinate with the SFT development team to improve program delivery. The role also covers audit support, CAPA reporting, and CSOD system administration to ensure accurate training records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 3 or more years of related experience preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Partner with SFT development team to implement new programs and enhance delivery.
• Act as internal trainer to develop and conduct fundamental technical/non-technical training curriculums.
• Deliver new hire orientation programs.
• Review SFT SME list and learning materials; coach internal trainers to deliver quality sessions.
• Analyze training effectiveness and propose improvement initiatives.
• Participate in internal or customer audit activity; prepare and execute CAPA report for CAR/PAR related to training compliance.
• Ensure training activities are timely and accurately captured in CSOD; manage HRDF applications and reimbursements; training bond tracking.

Job description

Work closely with corporate SFT development team for implementing new program and enhance existing program delivery; As Internal trainer to develop and conduct fundamental technical/non-technical training programs or curriculums to equip employees with basic knowledge and skills in Plexus manufacturing practices; deliver new hires orientation program

Continuously review and update SFT SME list, learning materials and coach internal trainers to deliver quality training sessions; Perform periodical analysis on training effectiveness, trend and propose improvement initiatives

Audit and Compliance

Participate in internal or customer audit activity; prepare and execute CAPA report for CAR/PAR related to training compliance

System Administration and Impact Analysis

To ensure training activities are timely and accurately captured in CSOD;

Ensure HRDF application and reimbursement; Training Bond administration and tracking

Education/Experience Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree with 3 or more years of related experience is preferred.

An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.
