Job summary

Plexus Manufacturing Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated professional to contribute to the efficient and high-quality production of their products. The role involves executing manufacturing solutions, utilizing necessary tools for documentation and production analysis, and applying good manufacturing practices.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate’s Degree and preferably has 1 or more years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 1 or more years of related experience is preferred.
• An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Executes Manufacturing solutions and provides high-quality services.
• Utilizes tools to perform documentation and production analysis.
• Demonstrates basic understanding of Plexus Manufacturing processes.
• Executes responsibilities under supervision according to good manufacturing practices.
• Basic understanding of equipment and process control.

Purpose Statement: To contribute to the efficient and high-quality production of Plexus products by skillfully performing assigned tasks, adhering to strict quality and safety standards. Through continuous learning and collaboration, I strive to optimize processes, identify and troubleshoot issues, and ultimately support Plexus's commitment to exceeding customer expectations.

Key Job Accountabilities:

• Executes Manufacturing solutions/ Provide services that are high-quality, cost-appropriate, and satisfy the customer's requirements and applies process improvement or troubleshooting as it applies to their role.
• Utilizes appropriate tools to perform necessary work including creation, analysis, and verification of documentation, programs, models, processes or production as it applies to their role.
• Demonstrates a basic, discipline-specific understanding of how they support the full Plexus Manufacturing processes / Product Requirements & Specifications as it applies to their role.
• Successfully executes responsibilities under supervision in accordance with good manufacturing practices and Plexus' Manufacturing Processes AND provide support to direct production line operators as it applies to their role.
• Basic Understanding of Equipment / Process control / Safety / Risk Awareness / setup awareness / operation of, as it applies to their role.

Education/Experience Qualifications:

• Associate’s Degree with 1 or more years of related experience is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.
