Job summary

Malayan Flour Mills in Malaysia is seeking an HR professional to assist the HR Manager with recruitment and talent acquisition, from sourcing candidates and interview arrangements to offers and onboarding.

You will help build a talent pipeline through JTK walk-ins and online ads (Facebook, LinkedIn, Jobstreet, Smartrecruiters), coordinate training, and maintain training records in the HRIS, while ensuring timely HR reports and up-to-date employee data.

Responsibilities

• Assist the HR Manager for recruitment and talent acquisition: sourcing candidates, interview arrangement, to offering and onboarding.
• Build talent pipeline by engaging with JTK for walk-in interview as well as using other online mediums such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Jobstreet, Smartrecruiters, etc.
• Coordinate internal and external training and maintain training reports and records, including in the HRIS.
• Ensure on-time and accurate preparation of reports and maintaining of employee records in HRIS.
• Update HR reports and data as required on a periodic basis.
• Perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the Management from time to time.
