Job summary

Lam Research is seeking an HR Support Representative based in Malaysia to deliver efficient HR operational support across the employee lifecycle (Hire-to-Retire) for multiple countries. You will be a key contact for employees and stakeholders, ensuring transactions meet procedures and SLAs with strong attention to detail and customer focus.

Proficiency in Japanese is essential for supporting stakeholders in Japan; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred, and fresh graduates may apply.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Japanese (written and verbal) to support stakeholders and employees in Japan.
• Basic knowledge of HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, or shared services environments.
• Experience working with HRMS is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including intermediate Excel skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality customer service

Responsibilities

• Support and process Hire-to-Retire HR transactions and employee requests across multiple countries.
• Deliver services in accordance with agreed KPIs, service standards, and operational procedures.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of HR records, documentation, and system updates.
• Maintain compliance with established HR policies, processes, and approval requirements.
• Provide timely and professional support to employees, managers, and stakeholders.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve operational goals and deliver a positive employee experience.
