Job summary

Givaudan Malaysia is hiring a Regional HR Services Manager based in Petaling Jaya. You will ensure effective, consistent HR services across the region, bridge global HR strategy with local execution, and build a high-performing HR Services team delivering seamless employee experiences.

You will monitor SLAs, collaborate with local HR teams and HR Business Partners, lead the regional team, handle escalations, and ensure data security and compliance while aligning with local requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a similar shared services HR role.
• Proven track record leading high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of HR operations and SLAs.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

As a Regional HR Services Manager is responsible for ensuring the effective, consistent, and compliant delivery of HR services activities across the region. To drive operational excellence, optimize processes, and build a high-performing HR Services team that delivers a seamless and positive employee experience. The position bridges global HR strategy and regional execution - ensuring that HR Services support business needs, foster efficiency, standardization, and continuously improve service quality while adapting to local requirements.

You will be reporting to the Global HR Services Lead, and will be based in our Petaling Jaya office.

In This Exciting Role, You Will

• Oversee end-to-end HR service delivery across multiple countries, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
• Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and service quality; drive continuous improvement and standardization of processes
• Collaborate with local HR teams, HR Business Partners, GSEs to provide seamless employee support
• Lead and develop the regional HR Services team, building capability, engagement, and performance excellence
• Manage escalations, resolve complex HR issues, and maintain strong relationships with country HR Directors/Managers
• Ensure data security, audit compliance, and adherence to local and global policies
• Oversee workforce and succession planning in the regional HR Services Team to ensure talent readiness and business continuity/ organizational growth/ stable operational activities
• Anticipates stakeholder needs and delivers exceptional customer experience across the region.
• Builds trust and partnerships across functions and countries to enable effective regional operations
• Delivers on commitments and ensures the team meets defined performance standards and deadlines. Takes ownership for outcomes and continuous improvement
• Motivates and develops team members to achieve their full potential and reach high standards while creating an engaging and collaborative team environment
• Responds effectively to regional and business changes, balancing global direction with local realities
• Demonstrates professionalism, confidentiality, and a strong sense of ownership in all actions and decisions

Your Professional Profile Includes

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role within a shared services environment, with proven experience managing performance against SLAs.
• Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams, with a strong focus on performance and continuous improvement.
• University Degree or Diploma in any related field
• Ability to analyze information and identify trends or areas of risk exposure
• Very good knowledge of SuccessFactors; very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of workflow solutions would be an additional advantage
• Strong customer-centric mindset, with the ability to understand and respond effectively to internal customer needs.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional language would be an advantage
