Strong understanding of the Malaysia Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act, and prevailing labor laws.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (formulas and data management).

Talent Acquisition:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and screening to conducting interviews and onboarding.
Payroll & Benefits:
Assist in monthly payroll processing, ensuring accurate calculations of EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB.
Compliance & Statutory:
Prepare and submit statutory forms (e.g., CP21, CP22, CP22A) and handle e-stamping or JTK-related documentation.
Employee Relations:
Support Industrial Relations (IR) and Employee Relations (ER) matters, including disciplinary actions and grievance handling.
Administration:
Maintain up-to‑date employee records and manage general HR administrative tasks, such as letter preparation and leave tracking.
