Job summary

China Communications Construction Company (M) Sdn Bhd (Project Site Operations) in Klang, Selangor is seeking an HR Generalist with 1–5 years of HR experience. A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Admin, Law, or related field is preferred. Fluency in English and Bahasa Melayu is essential, with Mandarin an added advantage.

The role covers talent acquisition, payroll, compliance, IR/ER, and general HR administration, with confidentiality and organizational strength required.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in HRM, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
  • 1–3 years (Assistant) or 3–5 years (Senior Executive) of experience in an HR Generalist role.
  • Strong understanding of Malaysia Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act, and prevailing labor laws.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (formulas and data management).
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Melayu; Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain strict confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and screening to conducting interviews and onboarding.
  • Payroll & Benefits: Assist in monthly payroll processing, ensuring accurate calculations of EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB.
  • Compliance & Statutory: Prepare and submit statutory forms (e.g., CP21, CP22, CP22A) and handle e-stamping or JTK-related documentation.
  • Employee Relations: Support Industrial Relations (IR) and Employee Relations (ER) matters, including disciplinary actions and grievance handling.
  • Administration: Maintain up-to-date employee records and manage general HR administrative tasks, such as letter preparation and leave tracking.
