Job summary

Keysight Technologies is seeking a contract payroll specialist to support EMEA payroll operations. The role involves end-to-end monthly payroll processing, ensuring compliance with policies and statutory requirements, and resolving issues with root-cause analyses.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of payroll experience in a multinational environment, strong English communication skills, and a detail-oriented, discreet mindset.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
  • 2–3 years of payroll operations knowledge or practical HR/Payroll experience in a multinational environment is preferred.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Able to work independently with strong organizational skills and discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Support payroll tasks for EMEA countries.
  • Ensure payroll activities comply with company policy and statutory requirements.
  • Manage end-to-end processing of monthly payroll.
  • Review, reconcile, and analyze payroll reports for accuracy.
  • Lead investigations and resolve payroll issues with root-cause analysis.
  • Manage payroll vendors and ensure timely, compliant Outputs.
  • Address pay-related inquiries and collaborate cross-functionally.

This role would be a contract position with possibility of conversion upon management discretion.

Responsibilities


  • Support payroll tasks for EMEA countries.

  • Ensuring that payroll activities, processes and results are compliant with company policies and statutory requirement.

  • Responsible for the end-to-end processing of monthly payroll to ensure payroll processes are executed appropriately and in a timely manner.

  • Review, reconcile and analyse payroll reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.

  • Lead investigation and resolution of payroll issues, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions.

  • Manage payroll vendors to ensure payroll outputs are accurate, compliant, and delivered on schedule.

  • Handle and resolve enquiries about pay and statutory related matter.

  • Collaborate cross-functionality to achieve high-quality outcomes and deliverables.

  • Exploring opportunities to simplify and automate payroll processes to ensure maximum cost-efficiency and effectiveness.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of Payroll operations knowledge or practical experience in HR/Payroll in a multinational environment is preferred.

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills (English).

  • A team player with pleasant personality, good attitude, proactive and the ability to work independently.

  • Strong organizational skills and an attention to detail.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion.

  • Strong sense of commitment and urgency to meet tight deadlines.

  • Computer literate and knowledgeable on Microsoft Office applications, especially in Excel.
