Job summary

Meteor X Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Human Resources Executive to support day-to-day HR operations in Kuala Lumpur. The role covers recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, attendance and leave management, payroll support, and HR documentation.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of HR experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and basic knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in Human Resources
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
• Hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations
• Basic knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR practices
• Familiar with EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB and other statutory requirements
• Experience in payroll processing and HRMS is an added advantage
• Good written and verbal communication in Mandarin and English

Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment process: job postings, resume screening, candidate communication, interview arrangements and follow-ups
• Manage onboarding, probation, confirmation, and offboarding processes
• Prepare and maintain HR documents: employment letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, and correspondence
• Maintain employee records and confidentiality
• Monitor attendance, leave management, overtime and related matters
• Prepare and verify monthly payroll information: salary adjustments, allowances, overtime, deductions
• Ensure statutory contributions/submissions: EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB
• Handle employee inquiries and relations professionally
• Support HR policy updates, Employee Handbook and internal guidelines
• Support HR reports: headcount, recruitment, attendance, turnover
