Job summary

AEON Credit Service (M) Berhad seeks a proactive Recruitment and HR Operations Assistant to support end-to-end recruitment, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating hiring timelines across departments. You will assist with induction, onboarding, HR administration, and maintain accurate records while engaging with candidates and internal stakeholders.

The role offers hands-on regional HR exposure and a dynamic, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Admin, Management or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with candidates, employees, managers and stakeholders.
• Well-organised, detail-oriented, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Recruitment Operations including screening, shortlisting and coordinating interviews.
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment process and follow-ups with candidates and managers.
• Post job advertisements and source candidates through various channels.
• Assist with onboarding, induction arrangements and new joiner documentation.
