Job summary

VH Distribution Sdn. Bhd. in Shah Alam is seeking an organized HR/Administration professional to support all HR functions and ensure accurate documentation.

The ideal candidate holds a SPM/Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Administration/Management/HR and has 2–3 years of relevant experience, with strong English communication and proficiency in MS Project and MS Office. Join a proactive team and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• SPM/Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Administration/Management/HR or related fields.
• 2–3 years of working experience in Administration/HR is advantageous.
• Strong communication, teamwork and result orientation.
• Independent, fast learner with good interpersonal and English skills.
• Analytical thinker with problem-solving ability and confidentiality.
• Self-starter and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with HR team to carry out HR functions efficiently.
• Handle recruitment for all levels, interview arrangement and contracts.
• Prepare HR letters such as confirmation, increment, promotion, warnings, etc.
• Check overtime and staff claims; maintain HR records and attendance.
• Coordinate with agencies to source candidates and monitor attendance.
• Assist to oversee SOP compliance and HR policy development.
